The coronavirus has changed how we live and forced us into lockdown, but that does not mean we stop playing. Here, we feature great ways to keep active and have fun during the coronavirus lockdown – sport and fun should always go hand in hand. So give these ideas a try and let us know which ones you like. Send your videos to: david@oss.scot.
There is no stopping Jenny Hastings and her family as they get their Edinburgh street moving every day during lockdown. Thanks to all who have sent us videos of Jenny, Kerry-Anne and Scott, and to Jenny Love and BBC Scotland for this great coverage. Fantastic Jenny – we’re right behind you … albeit in the distance!

One of our most enthusiastic OSS Supporters is John Collins, who started out in Galashiels and played for Hutchison Vale Boys Club, Celtic, Monaco, Everton and Fulham – and won 58 caps for Scotland, memorably scoring our last goal in a World Cup Finals, against Brazil in 1998. With the help of his daughter Hannah, he has come up with some skills for you to practise – open to all ages!
But what about our tennis champion Jamie Murray and his footballing skills? He shares a variety of skills from football to tennis, for all abilities. The other ‘two’ Murray brothers are also giving the lockdown lark a go…
